Meghan premiered DISSOLVE in 2003 at the Vancouver Fringe Festival. An unexpected success, she went on to perform this dark, yet highly entertaining one woman show over 850 times at high schools, universities, colleges, conferences and theatres across the continent. Meghan was a guest speaker for the Toronto Police Service’s Conference on Sex Crimes, and was honoured with a citation from the American Alliance for Theatre in Education. The success of DISSOLVE led to government funding to create a documentary film based on the issue of drug facilitated sexual assault, which led to a screenwriting nomination for Meghan at the Leo Awards, held in Vancouver in 2010. She was also commissioned by Green Thumb Theatre to write a play for young audiences. This resulted in BLIND SPOT, which toured high schools in Canada and was nominated for best production and best actress at the Jessie Richardson Theatre Awards in 2009. In 2013, Meghan released the rights to Dissolve to Shameless Hussy Productions, who are currently engaged in a multi-year tour of the show.
